Two Underrated Places in the United States that will leave you in Awe
North Washington
North Washington is one of the prettiest places in the United States, which doesn’t receive as much attention. Recently, my group and I stayed in Birch Bay Washington, and had a wonderful time full of unbelievable sunsets, like in the picture above. One thing I would definitely recommend seeing is the San Juan Islands WA. These islands are absolutely stunning, and you might just see an Orca whale leaping out of the ocean. The best way to the see the islands is to take a ferry out of Anacortes Washington. The ferries can take you to any island in the archipelago, but you must stop at San Juan. On island San Juan there are many cute little shops at Friday Harbor, which also is home to the best ice cream ;). Also, this island is home to Lime Kiln Point State Park; an orcas whale look out. Another cool sight in North Washington is Mount Baker. My group and I trekked up a trail in the mountain area, which lead to an unbelievable waterfall. There are many other things to do around North Washington, and Vancouver Canada is closely located to North Washington as well. If I have successfully persuaded you travel here, then I would defiantly advise you to go in June, July, or August, when the weather is the best and the sunsets are the prettiest.
Nashville Tennessee
Nashville is a city bedazzling with energy! It is also the home of country music, so if you love country this is the place to be. In Nashville, it is almost impossible to get bored. In the city there are multiple amazing restaurants. One restaurant I would personally recommend is the I went with a bigger group for a party, so we got to eat in the party room upstairs, which was a cool experience. You get an amazing view of the city, delicious food, and fun decorations! If you want a break from the music, you can check out the historical district of the city. My group and I spent an afternoon there once, and had a blast walking around, exploring new sites, and learning about the history of the area. Lastly, the city is full of family fun attractions. There are multiple waterparks around the city (my group found a steal on a smaller waterpark) and the Nashville Zoo.
